Look really hard before you actually make a decision. Just because fish oil pills are made from fish oil does not necessarily mean that the oil comes from the same type of fish.
Once you get your fish oil pills, make sure that you read all of the instructions on the bottle so you know how many pills to take on a daily basis. You can expect to take one pill, three times a day. This usually means that you will swallow down a pill in the morning, afternoon, then at night. As long as you can remember this, and you can retain all, of this information, you should be in excellent shape!
