			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Lots of women and now wondering&#8230; should I be taking fish oil supplements while pregnant?  This is obviously a question, first and foremost, for your doctor.  That said, many studies are finding fish oil as being beneficial toward brain development of children in the womb.  The absolute must is finding a supplement that has been purified of mercury and other toxins.  There are advanced purification processes in place now, but some stores still sell &#8216;the cheap stuff.&#8217;  In fact, if you find a purified supplement, it&#8217;s probably safer than eating seafood itself.</p>
